The meeting was held from 17–19 May 2011 in Sisak, organised by ASSITEJ Croatia, the Sisak Cultural Centre and Sisak Town Theatre. At the meeting, 13 performances were given by dramatic and theatre groups from Šibenik, Osijek, Rijeka, Zagreb, Pula, Karlovac, Sisak, Virovitica, Velika Gorica, Čakovec and  Varaždin. The performance by the youth drama group from Hvar was not put on, unfortunately, due to illness of the performer. The meeting was followed by a panel of judges, composed of Nebojša Borojević, actor, director and manager of the Sisak Town Theatre drama studio, Tanja Kirhmajer, dramaturg and editor of the Children’s programme on Croatian Television and Vlado Krušić, director and drama teacher, and head of the youth theatre study of the Croatian National Theatre in Varaždin.

The panel of judges decided to award the Zvjezdana Ladika award for the best theatrical-educational piece given to theatre teachers/directors to two plays:

-          Ivo Lehunšek Panić for his work on the play Violence, performed by the drama studio of the Dubrava children’s theatre, and

-          Nebojša and Damir Borojević for their work on the play And you? How are you? by the youth drama studio of the Sisak Cultural Centre (this decision made with a restrained vote of Nebojša Borojević as a member of the panel of judges.)

According to the organiser’s estimates, about 4000 children watched the performances at the ASSITEJ Croatia meeting and Maslačak Festival.
